Kristi Odle

Kristi Odle has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kristi currently works as a Certified Personal Trainer at Burn Boot Camp since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Surveillance Specialist at Accuray starting in September 2019.

Before joining Accuray, Kristi spent a significant part of their career at PPD. Kristi held various roles including Group Leader and Associate Group Leader, where they directly managed analysts in the cell laboratory department. Their responsibilities included guiding team members in documenting information in quality records, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Kristi also managed scientists in the small molecule department, ensuring client timelines were met while completing reports, investigations, and deviations. During their time as a Senior Scientist and Scientist, Kristi performed stability testing on pharmaceutical products, entered data, and finalized reports. As an Associate Scientist and Assistant Scientist, they focused on stability testing and data entry.

Kristi's early work experience includes being an Assistant Research Technologist at BloodCenter of Wisconsin. In this role, they performed buffy coat separations on blood products to isolate white blood cells for further study on the influenza virus. Kristi later gained expertise in RNA/DNA isolations and gel electrophoresis.

Overall, Kristi Odle has built a strong background in personal training, product surveillance, laboratory management, stability testing, and research in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Kristi Odle has a strong education background in the field of science. Kristi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Viterbo University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their higher education, Kristi attended Holmen High School from 1998 to 2002.

Aside from their formal education, Kristi has also obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Kristi further enhanced their professional skills by completing a course on developing a critical thinking mindset through LinkedIn in January 2023.
