Robert Milton has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Robert began their career in 1996 as a Lead Technician at E-Squared Incorporated, where they collaborated with engineers to test and enhance the design of various system products. Robert also repaired products to meet quality control standards.
In 1997, Milton joined Intermec Technologies as an Associate Engineer in the RFID Hardware Group. Robert started as a line technician, debugging faults in production, before progressing to become the Lead Technician. In their role as an Associate Engineer, Milton worked with multiple organizations to promote design innovation for research and development of various products utilizing RFID, CAT5, and 802.
From 2007 to 2011, Milton worked at TomoTherapy as a Sr. Field Service Engineer - Team Lead. Robert was responsible for maintaining and repairing linear accelerator-based medical systems within the field of radiation oncology.
Since 2011, Milton has been with Accuray, where they serve as a Field Service Engineer Team Lead. In this role, they assist with regional management needs, including hiring and training new FSEs. Additionally, they provide remote and direct customer support for the TomoTherapy Hi-Art CT Image-Guided IMRT Linear Accelerator Systems and Treatment Planning Networks and CyberKnife Image-Guided Linear Accelerator Systems and Treatment Planning Networks.
Robert Milton attended Yakima Valley College from 1985 to 1987, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in ATA. Robert then pursued further education at Edmonds College from 1994 to 1996, obtaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2020, Robert enrolled at Grand Canyon University and is expected to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2023, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
