Ted James

Ted James has worked in a variety of positions since 2001. Ted began their career as a Policy Researcher for the United States Senate in 2001. In 2004, they worked as an Assistant Program Officer and Consultant/Princeton in Asia Fellow for IUCN. From 2006-2007, they worked as a Consultant for Fontheim International and Sentech, Inc. In 2006, they also served as a Program Director for Princeton in Asia. In 2008, they became a Team Lead and Senior Analyst at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. In 2014, they became a Principal at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. From 2018-2019, they worked as an Advisor for ClearTrace and Camus Energy, where they also served as Head of Strategy and Business Development. Currently, they are an Advisor and Head of North America for ACCURE Battery Intelligence.

Ted James obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science with honors from Washington University in St. Louis. Ted then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Finally, they completed a course in artificial intelligence from Stanford Continuing Studies.
