Shannon Jordan has a comprehensive work experience in the field of customer success and client management. Starting from 1999 as a Customer Service Representative at Capital One, Shannon later joined Proforma Screening Solutions in 2005. At Proforma Screening Solutions, Shannon held various positions including Administrative Research Analyst, Customer Service Manager, Manager of Client Experience, and Director of Client Success. In these roles, Shannon was responsible for client implementation, account maintenance, client satisfaction, team management, and resolving operational issues. Currently, Shannon is working at AccuSourceHR, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Client Success and will assume the role of VP of Customer Success in 2023.
Shannon Jordan obtained a Diploma with a Business concentration from John Handley High School from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Shannon also holds certifications in NAPBS Basic Certification and Six Sigma White Belt Certification.
