Heidi Mengqi Huang

Heidi Mengqi Huang is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various HR functions. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Accutar Biotech since July 2018, Heidi oversees recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Previously, at Dell EMC from October 2012 to July 2018, Heidi acted as a Project Leader for HR integration, managed employee relations for over 2000 members in the China East region, and contributed to workforce transition strategies. Early career experiences include an HR internship at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included managing employee medical benefits and recruitment tasks. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
