Vincent C. Mcdonald

Vincent McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vincent started their career as a Captain in the USAF from 1986 to 1992. Following that, they worked as a Recruitment Supervisor at Adelphia Cable Communications from 1994 to 1999. Vincent then joined USA Networks Corporate as a Diversity Recruitment Manager for a year. Vincent then worked at Discovery Communications, Inc as a VP of Human Resources from 2000 to 2009. Afterward, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at AccuWeather from 2009 to 2015, where they were responsible for delivering results in various HR programs and services. Vincent later became the Chief International Strategy Officer at AccuWeather in 2015, where they worked with the senior management group and board of directors to expand the brand globally.

Vincent McDonald attended Penn State University from 1981 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
