MacHelle Gamertsfelder

Machelle Gamertsfelder serves as the Director of Corporate Accounts at AutoClaims Direct Inc., the largest privately owned strategic services firm in the auto insurance claims industry, since August 2007. In this role, Machelle oversees software training, account management, and client relations. Prior experience includes serving as Claims Director at Compass Claims, a national property claims service provider, from May 2005 to August 2007. Machelle holds a degree as an Auto Claims Law Specialist from AEI, obtained in 2009.
