Nil Üngeldi began their career in 2009 as a Moda Editörü Asistanı at Ciner Yayin Holding. In 2012, they joined Inditex as a Recruitment Specialist, where they conducted face-to-face and group interviews for open positions, evaluated candidates, composed new teams for new opening stores, trained store managers in the recruitment process, maintained communication with the call center, and attended university Career Days. In 2016, they moved to Pronet Güvenlik Hizmetleri as a Recruitment and Talent Manager, where they worked with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts, identified and sourced appropriate talent for current open roles, identified future talent needs, and managed the recruitment process and life-cycle. In 2021, they joined Getir as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Finally, in 2022, they became the People and Culture Manager at Ace Games.
Nil Üngeldi has a diverse educational background. From 2008 to 2013, they attended Galatasaray Üniversitesi, where they earned a degree in Communications, Public Relations, and Applied Communication from the Faculty of Communication. From 2011 to 2012, they attended Université Bordeaux Montaigne (formerly Bordeaux 3) for Communication. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they attended Sainte Pulchérie Fransız Lisesi | Lycée Français Sainte Pulchérie.
