Eriko Mahtamtama

Eriko Mahtamtama has extensive experience in retail management and customer data analytics. Currently serving as the Deputy Store Manager at PT ACE Hardware Indonesia, Tbk since August 2019, Eriko leads a sales team of over 70 employees and manages daily store operations. Prior roles include Assistant Customer Data Analytics Manager, where Eriko focused on collecting and analyzing customer data using SAP BW and SAP Netweaver to inform business decisions, and previously served as Deputy Store Manager and Management Trainee at Telkom University. Educationally, Eriko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University, earned in 2018.
