Herizal Azwani

Herizal Azwani has extensive experience in retail and IT, currently serving as Deputy Store Manager at PT ACE Hardware Indonesia, Tbk since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing operations, coaching staff, and evaluating performance. Previous roles include Store Supervisor and Receiving Supervisor, where Herizal focused on staff management and warehouse efficiency. Prior to the retail sector, Herizal worked as a Computer Technician, providing IT support and troubleshooting, and as an Administration & IT Officer at PT. Syaukath Sejahtera, handling office management and IT maintenance. Early career experiences include serving as a Field Monitor Assistant for the United Nations World Food Programme and an Interpreter & Field Coordinator for Gruppo di Volontariato Civile. Herizal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Syiah Kuala.
