Troy Garrett

Troy Garrett has extensive work experience in systems engineering and architecture. Troy started their career in 1997 as a Sr. Systems Administrator at CTX, where they installed and configured servers and maintained a SMS 2.0 site. From 2000 to 2010, they worked at FTHCM as a Director of Comm & Tech/Sr. Systems Engineer, where they managed a staff, implemented new technologies, and maintained the departmental budget. At HP, they worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer from 2011 to 2012. At Applied Information Sciences, they worked as an Infrastructure Consultant from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Wyle as a Senior System Engineer, where they maintained server baseline images and provided Tier III support. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Ettain as a Sr. System Engineer. Most recently, Troy worked at Ace Info Solutions LLC as a Windows/Virtualization/Cloud Solutions Architect Group Lead, where they designed and implemented solutions for IaaS, supported cloud infrastructure, and provided Tier III support.

Troy Garrett attended DeVry from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Troy also holds a certification in MCSE from Microsoft, although the specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not available.
