Adrian Russell

Adrian Russell is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Procurement at Shiel Sexton since March 2021, Adrian has also contributed to the ACE Mentor Program as an Executive Board Member, Ambassador, and Mentor since 2007. Previous roles include Project Manager and Project Engineer at Mattcon General Contractors, Inc., Project Engineer at CPM Construction Planning and Management, Inc., Project Engineer in Quality Assurance at ProCLAD Inc., and Assistant Project Engineer at Pepper Construction Group. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Ball State University, obtained in 2011.
