Tong Duong

Tong Duong is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and mentor with a robust background in caregiving, technology, and investment. As the Co-Founder of Homage, Tong has driven the development of a comprehensive in-home caregiving solution, raising over US$45 million to enhance the lives of seniors. In addition to this role, Tong serves as a Lecturer at NUS Graduate Research Innovation Programme, mentoring graduate students in building impactful startups. As an Angel Investor at TranSwap, Tong contributes to the growth of innovative FinTech solutions, and also co-founded Comooz, a weight care platform that integrates personalized support and community resources. Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree, Tong engages actively in mentoring initiatives at Singapore Management University, Action Community for Entrepreneurship, Republic Polytechnic, and Lien Centre for Social Innovation, fostering the development of new entrepreneurs and social innovators. Tong holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University and an International Baccalaureate from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).
