Joel Reid

Joel Reid possesses extensive experience in management and technical roles across various industries. Currently serving as Production Manager at ACE Signs since February 2018, Joel is responsible for overseeing buildings and grounds, mobile equipment, safety, environmental protection, fabrication, painting, installation, and service. Prior to this, Joel spent nearly 19 years at 3M as Maintenance General Supervisor, where qualifications included Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 and 14001 Lead Auditor certifications, and roles such as Radiation Safety Officer and Superintendent. Joel's career began in the US Navy, where from September 1980 to December 1997, achievements included certifications as a welder and non-destructive test inspector, along with responsibilities as a Nuclear Quality Assurance Planner and Estimator.
