Laura Gassmann

Laura Gassmann is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Ace & Tate since January 2023, focusing on the Retail sector in the DACH region. Prior to this role, Laura served as a People Operations Specialist for the same regions at Ace & Tate and held various positions at & Other Stories, where roles included Key Holder and Sales Advisor from 2013 to 2022. Laura's earlier experience includes an internship at the Privatinstitut für Innovationskultur and a sales position at Urban Outfitters Europe. Academically, Laura holds a Master's degree in Cultural Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
