Nisa Barel

Nisa Barel is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Global Senior People & Culture Manager for Penfolds at Treasury Wine Estates since January 2024. With a robust career in HR, Nisa previously held the position of Global Senior People Business Partner at Coda Payments from June 2021 to November 2023, and before that, served as HR Manager at First Sentier Investors from January 2020 to April 2021. Nisa's experience also includes roles as Recruitment Manager / HR Business Partner at Millennium Management between May 2014 and October 2019, and as HR Advisor at Diageo from March 2007 to October 2013. Nisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Oklahoma City University and a degree in HR Management from Southern Cross University.
