Leonoor de Vries

Leonoor de Vries has extensive work experience in HR and talent recruitment. Leonoor currently serves as the Head of People at Ace & Tate, where they are responsible for building and leading the People team. Previously, they worked as a Talent Recruiter at Studelta and was in charge of recruitment and selection for highly educated young professionals in various industries. Leonoor also served as the International HR Manager at The Cloakroom B.V. and gained experience in coaching as an intern at HalgrenCoaching. Additionally, they were a board member in Marketing and Communications at NVP Young Professionals, an association for HR professionals. Leonoor started their career as a Research Assistant at Dianet Dialysecentra, AMC.

Leonoor de Vries began their education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden from 1999 to 2005, where they pursued a Gymnasium degree with a focus on Natuur & Gezondheid (Natural Sciences & Health). Leonoor then attended the University of Amsterdam from 2005 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Continuing their education, they attended Stellenbosch University from 2008 to 2009 for a Post Graduate Semester in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Following that, Leonoor returned to the University of Amsterdam in 2009 and completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2011. Furthermore, they achieved a Minor degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam from 2010 to 2011.
