Darren Millar

Darren Millar has over 20 years of work experience in the electrical engineering field. Darren began their career in 2000 as an Apprentice Electrician at Claud Hamilton Electrical Services. Darren then progressed to roles such as Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Site Manager, and Electrician with the same company until 2004. In 2014, they joined ACE Winches as an Electrical Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Workshops Manager, and Electrical Controller.

Darren Millar began their education journey in 1995 at Oldmachar Academy. Darren then moved on to Tullos Training in 2000, where they earned their SVQ LEVEL 3 in Electrician. In 2012, they attended North East Scotland College and obtained their HNC in Electrical Engineering- Graded A. In 2019, they began their Bachelor of Arts - BA (Hons) in Business Management at Robert Gordon University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in CompEX EX01-04 and CompEX EX12A & EX12B, which they are expected to finish in 2025 and 2026, respectively.
