Stewart Massie

Stewart Massie has worked in the engineering and design industry since 2000. Stewart began their career as a Machinist at Omega Completion Technology. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Weatherford as a Design Drafter, CAD Drafter, and Manual Machinist. Stewart then moved to Zeroth Technology (Zertech) as a Project Engineer and Design Technician, where they specialized in developing expanding metal seal technology and associated bridge plugs and straddle systems. In 2006, they joined Baker Hughes as a Project Engineer and Senior Staff Designer, where they were heavily involved in the progression and development of the Zertech product line. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Expro as a Project Engineer. Stewart then moved to Paradigm Drilling Services as a Production Engineering Manager from 2013 to 2017. Since 2017, Stewart Massie has been an Engineering Manager at PRECISION OILTOOLS LIMITED, and they currently hold the same position at ACE Winches.

Stewart Massie holds two degrees from Robert Gordon University: a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Systems and a Post Graduate Certificate in Oil & Gas Engineering. Stewart also has two additional certifications from Strathclyde Business School: Managing Digital Transformation, obtained in November 2022, and Help To Grow - Business Management, obtained in March 2022.
