Kimberly D’Auria

Kimberly D’Auria, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Acenda Integrated Health since January 2024, Kimberly previously held the same title at Better Tomorrows from July 2021 to January 2024, where case management services and community programming were provided to low-income populations. Prior to that, Kimberly worked as a Human Resources Generalist at WRT, LLC, contributing to a collaborative practice focused on sustainability in planning and design. Additional experience includes roles as an Executive Recruiter at Randstad Professionals, Human Resources Coordinator at Source4Teachers, Substitute Teacher at Cherry Hill Board of Education, and Human Resources Assistant at WRT. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Stockton University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
