Andrew Peralta

Andrew Peralta has a diverse work experience, starting as a SAP HR Consultant at Accenture in 2003. Andrew then moved to IBM in 2006 as a Product Manager until 2012. Following this, they joined PeopleInsight Workforce Analytics in 2012, where they served as the Director of Analytics until 2022. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Director of Platform and Development at HireRoad since 2022, and recently transitioned to the role of Director of Product Management in 2024.

Andrew Peralta attended Dalhousie University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering.
