Brenda has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field, specifically working for Advertising Agencies in the Los Angeles area. As HR Administrator Brenda manages all aspects of Human Resources for Acento including recruitment, on-boarding, benefits, and employee relations. Brenda has been with Acento for 7 years.

Brenda began her Human Resources career with a Hispanic Advertising Agency in Los Angeles. For a period of three years she handled various functions in an HR Generalist capacity which required constant interaction with employees and management. And this is where her interest for Human Resources grew. She found a love for connecting with and helping people. After a 10-year hiatus to raise a family, Brenda was fortunate to come back to Human Resources with a leading Multicultural Advertising Agency. At Acento Brenda has worked closely with management in implementing a larger suite of benefits and employee programs. Her focus is to promote a work environment conducive to collaboration, acceptance, and respect.

Fun fact

I've lived in three different countries: Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the US. Love to travel and learn about other cultures, but I'm always happy to come home to sunny Southern California!
