Mikhail Mirlas is a seasoned professional in software quality management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Software Quality Management at Acentra Health since December 2020, Mikhail has successfully developed and integrated SQA best practices that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and reduced budget expenditures. Prior to this, Mikhail held the position of Software Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on software product quality through effective testing processes. Mikhail’s previous roles include Associate Director IT at MUFG Investor Services, where a streamlined defect tracking system was implemented, and Senior Software Analyst at Guggenheim Investments, contributing to increased QA efficiency through automated testing solutions. Mikhail began the career as a Senior Software Tester at Manugistics Inc and has held various positions in quality assurance and software development, beginning with a Software Developer/Test Engineer role at Nucletron Operations BV. Mikhail holds a degree from Tver State University.
