Anura Landers possesses extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Director of HR & Administration at Acentura Inc. since August 2015, where responsibilities include aligning workforce strategies with business goals and providing guidance to senior management on HR matters. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager - HR & Administration at Auxenta and General Manager at Digasiri Medical Labs. Anura Landers began the professional journey at Sanken Constructions (Pvt) Ltd. as an Administration Officer and later advanced to the position of Senior HR Analyst at APL. Anura Landers holds a PQHRM degree in Human Resources Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a High School Diploma in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Aquinas College of Higher Studies.
