Shih Ning Liu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at National Yang-Ming University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, where they conducted statistical analysis and organized biotechnology conferences. In 2011, they became a Technology Transfer Manager at Biobizlaw Inc., where they handled product commercialization and technology transfer deals. From 2014 to 2016, Liu worked as an Associate Business Analyst at Phycos International Co., Ltd.
In 2016, Liu joined TrendForce Corporation as a Biotechnology Industry Research Manager, responsible for pharmaceutical industry research and market analysis. They then took on the role of Assistant Research Manager and later Biotechnology Industry Analyst. In 2019, Liu joined Unison Co., Ltd. as a Business Development Researcher, conducting feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and supporting international business activities.
Currently, Liu is working at Acepodia as the Associate Director of Business Development & Intelligence and also serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Liu is involved in business development strategy and intelligence analysis. Shih Ning Liu completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Biotechnology Management from Chang Gung University, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, Shih Ning Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Kaohsiung Medical University. Shih Ning Liu also holds additional certifications in the field, including an APIAA Certified Industrial Analyst from the Asia Pacific Industrial Analysis Association (obtained in 2013) and an Intellectual Property Capacity Certification in Patent Search Analysis and Value-added Application from the Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (obtained in 2012).
