Jerry Kao

Jerry Kao was appointed as Co-Chief Operating Officer in November 2018, in addition to his position of President of IT Products Business. A seasoned professional of the PC industry with almost 25 years of experience, Jerry Kao has led Acer’s IT Products Business as President since March 2016, responsible for the end-to-end management of the business and product lifecycles of notebooks, desktops, displays, gadgets, and virtual reality/augmented reality, in addition to design and engineering.

Kao joined Acer in 1995 and has served in various positions in project management and branding of IT devices. His broad area of expertise ranges from product research and development to sales and marketing.
