Joanne T. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education sector. Joanne began their career in 2005 as a Teach for America Corp Member in Miami-Dade, where they worked for two years to address educational inequity. In 2007, they joined the Noble Network of Charter Schools and served at Noble Street College Prep until 2011. During their time there, they played a significant role in supporting students' educational needs. In 2011, Joanne joined Acero Schools, where they held several positions.
