Jean Franck

Jean Franck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management within HR and IT sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager for Digital Innovation in Payroll Services and previously as Director of Process Management at Acerta since April 2010, Jean has a strong focus on strategic program and change management. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Transition and Business Transition Manager at Acerta, along with Project Management Office Manager and Project Manager positions at DigiPoint, where responsibility included IT infrastructure and development projects. Earlier in the career, Jean held the position of IT Manager at KVIV and ICT Manager at Rogib. Jean holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT from Hoger Instituut Sint-Lodewijk.
