Alexandra Ghashghai

Alexandra Ghashghai is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Acertitude since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandra held the position of Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry from June 2021 to April 2023, and served as Partner and Global Co-Head of Private Equity at Spencer Stuart from May 2013 to June 2021. Earlier in Alexandra's career, positions included Director of Investment Banking at Citi from July 2003 to December 2011 and Manager of Management Consulting at Ernst & Young from February 1997 to December 2001. Alexandra holds an MBA from HEC Paris and another MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as a degree in International Economics from UCLA. Alexandra also completed the Senior Executive Programme in Business at London Business School in 2021.
