Morten Grunnet has an extensive work experience spanning from 2002 to present. In 2002, they co-founded Poseidon Pharmacuticals and served as a Research Scientist. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at NeuroSearch A/S, where they held the roles of Head of Drug Discovery Portfolio Management, Head of Department of Cardiac Physiology and Research Scientist. In 2011, they co-founded Acesion Pharma, where they were the CSO, Board member and co-founder. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Professor (Honorary) at the University of Copenhagen. From 2014 to present, they have been working at Lundbeck, where they held the roles of Vice President and Head of Neuroscience, Global Project Lead/Senior Director, Chief of Staff, Research & Development and PA to R&D EVP, and Head of Department of Synaptic Transmission In Vitro.
Morten Grunnet obtained their PhD and DrSci from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen between 1992 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Næstved gymnasium.
