Mike Ary, the President and CEO of Aceyus, has always had a primary focus on helping companies better understand the customer experience. He is dedicated to ensuring that Aceyus remains as relevant over the next five years as it has been for the past eighteen years by maintaining a customer-centric mindset. It is his primary goal to make certain that Aceyus stays close to customers by understanding how they utilize Aceyus products and the factors that drive their business objectives.
After working for a call routing software startup called GeoTel, which was later bought by Cisco, Mike ventured out on his own and came up with the idea for a new project after he noticed that customers kept running into the same reporting challenges. He teamed up with co-founders Miles Hammond and Ben Vesta to develop simplified custom reporting dashboards for high-profile companies including AT&T and UPS. Over the last 20+ years, he has stuck close to the original driving force behind starting Aceyus by constantly focusing on improving and innovating to meet evolving customer needs. His personal points of pride are the great, long-lasting relationships his team has built over the years by treating their customers like people rather than accounts.
Outside of Aceyus, Mike enjoys spending his time outdoors, fishing, kayaking, or at the beach. He also loves football. His all-time favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs and he was thrilled to attend the Superbowl for the first time when they won in 2019.
