Sarah Telzrow

Sarah Telzrow has over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs and consulting. Sarah is currently working as a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Achieve Life Sciences since December 2022. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Senior Director of Regulatory Operations at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. from October 2020 to November 2022. Sarah also has experience as a Regulatory Affairs Consultant at Telzrow Consulting from May 2019 to October 2020. Sarah's previous roles include Director of Regulatory Affairs at CTI BioPharma, Manager of CMC Technical Writing at Seattle Genetics, and various regulatory roles at ZymoGenetics. Sarah also worked as an Independent Regulatory Consultant at Telzrow Consulting and as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Cell Therapeutics, Inc. and Pathway Medical. Sarah has a strong background in regulatory affairs and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.
