Theresa Caragol

Theresa Caragol is the Founder and CEO of AchieveUnite Inc., established in June 2015, and has extensive experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for global technology enterprises, particularly in indirect channel teams and programs. Previously, Theresa served as Vice President at Extreme Networks, where strategic initiatives and partner program integrations were successfully executed. Additional leadership roles include Vice President at Ciena and Nortel, with a proven track record in channel strategy development and exceeding sales quotas. Theresa holds an Executive Masters in Leadership from Georgetown University and an MBA from Lubar College of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Virginia Tech.
