Carlyn Lamia

Carlyn Lamia serves as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Achieve since September 2022. Additionally, Carlyn has been a Board Member of the Tegan and Sara Foundation since January 2018, advocating for health, economic justice, and representation for LGBTQ girls and women. Previously, Carlyn held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Freedom Financial Network from October 2012 to September 2022, where significant revenue growth and the launch of successful lending businesses were achieved. Earlier roles at Deutsche Bank included Vice President in both the Global Industrials Group and Principal Finance and Special Situations, alongside a successful start as a top-ranked analyst in Leveraged Finance. Carlyn's earlier experiences include marketing at Honest Tea and involvement in legislative efforts with Senator Paul Wellstone's office. Education includes a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Amherst College, and additional studies at prestigious institutions.
