Dureen Jayaram

Dureen Jayaram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Product Director at Achieve since August 2021, Dureen is responsible for building a Sustainability program and overseeing IT product management for all business units and corporate functions. Previously, Dureen held multiple senior leadership roles at MicroStrategy from March 2015 to August 2021, managing analytics solutions and professional services across several states with P&L responsibilities. Prior experience includes strategic IT consulting at Agilent Technologies and Oracle Corporation, where Dureen specialized in business intelligence, ERP, and CRM implementations. Dureen holds an MBA in International Business from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and other institutions.
