Symon Rastad-Reynolds

Symon Rastad-Reynolds is an experienced leader in operations and client services, currently serving as Sr. Director of Payment Operations at Achieve since September 2024. Prior to this role, Symon held the position of Sr. Director of Client Services at Freedom Financial Network from August 2019 to September 2024. Symon's extensive background includes serving as Director of Contact Center Operations at Safelite AutoGlass, where management of a sizeable contact center team was undertaken, as well as roles at Target and The Home Depot focused on customer service and sales. Symon holds an MBA in Marketing from Walden University and a BA in Media Arts from the University of Arizona.
