Emily Ho

Emily Ho's work experience began in 2009 as a Product Demonstrator and Sales Representative at Man Foods. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Optometric Technician at Mississauga Vision Centre, where they provided testing and care for patients and assisted with sales and reception duties.

In 2015, Emily moved on to become an Ophthalmic Technician at Prism Eye Institute, where they operated different testing and technician protocols for 23 doctors across three clinic locations. Emily also obtained patient health histories, ran tests, and trained new team members.

From 2017 to 2018, Emily worked at Confidential Optometry Clinic as a Vision Therapist and HCAI Administrator. Their responsibilities included providing Neuro-Visual training to patients, liaising with doctors and external offices, and multitasking while noting down accurate session details.

Since 2018, Emily has been at Achievers, starting as a Bilingual Member Experience Coordinator and progressing to Marketplace Operations Support and then Marketplace Operations Specialist.

Emily Ho completed their Honours Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology at the University of Toronto from 2009 to 2014.
