Matt Seadon

Matt Seadon has extensive experience in the employee and customer engagement solutions industry. Matt started their career at Grass Roots in 2007 as the Client Services Director for the Asia Pacific region, where they effectively inspired individuals to achieve outstanding results. In 2008, they were promoted to General Manager and Director for Australia and the Asia Pacific, overseeing the company's operations across 15 countries and driving value for over 14,000 clients, including major global corporations. Matt then joined Blackhawk Network APAC in 2017 as the Recognition General Manager. In this role, they successfully managed recognition programs across the region until 2018 when they transitioned to their current position as the General Manager for Achievers APAC. In this role, Matt is responsible for the overall performance of the Achievers APAC business, focusing on key areas such as P&L, new business development, customer satisfaction, and team engagement. Achievers is a leading provider of an Employee Success Platform that enables social recognition and boosts employee engagement to drive business success. Matt's diverse experience and proven track record make him a valuable asset in the field of employee and customer engagement.

Matt Seadon attended Deakin University from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science.
