Matthew Oakley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew is currently employed at Achievers as the Head of Sales EMEA, where they lead the delivery of an Employee Success Platform™ that drives employee engagement and business success. Prior to this, Matthew worked at SAP Concur as the Senior Director of Client Sales and later as the Director of Client Sales, where they were responsible for revenue generation and managing sales teams. Matthew also worked at Castrum as a New Business Sales Manager, at ADP as the Vice President of Sales for Major Accounts, and at Croner, a Wolters Kluwer business, as the National Sales Manager and Divisional Sales Manager. Matthew started their career at ProspectSoft, where they held various roles such as UK Sales Manager and Channel Manager. Matthew also worked at Everlogic as an Account Manager. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated excellence in revenue generation, sales leadership, team management, and business growth.
Matthew Oakley attended Calder High School from 1988 to 1995, where they acquired GCSE's and A Levels. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Organisation Studies from Bradford College, achieving a 2:1 classification.
