Phil McLachlan

Phil McLachlan has a diverse work experience, starting from 1996 at Royal Bank Financial Group as a Consultant. Phil then worked at Surgical Navigation Specialists as a Software Developer from 1998 to 2001. After that, they joined C.O.R.E. Digital Pictures as a Software Developer in 2001, where they served as a lead software developer and worked on various projects involving face aging software, AI systems, and time and knowledge management tools.

From 2005 to 2008, McLachlan worked as a Senior Software Developer at Vizible Corporation. Phil then briefly worked at BlogReviewsPlus.com and C.O.R.E. Digital Pictures as a Software Developer in 2009 and 2010, respectively.

In 2010, they joined Colibri Technologies as a Senior Software Developer for a short period. Following that, they worked at Survalent Technology as a Software Developer from 2011 to 2012.

From 2012 to 2017, McLachlan worked at CaseWare International Inc., where they held roles as a Software Developer and later as a Software Developer focusing on analytics.

Currently, they are employed at Achievers since 2017, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and currently as a Staff Software Engineer.

From 1992 to 1996, Phil McLachlan attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Computer Electronics.
