H. Ray Keith, MA has extensive work experience in the field of education and leadership. H. Ray'srecent roles include serving as the Associate Director of Teaching and Learning at Achieving the Dream, where they manage projects and initiatives focused on building institutional capacity for faculty development and fostering equitable student outcomes. H. Ray also works as a Program Development Consultant, leading the development of instructional programs and tools to improve student success and close equity gaps in higher education. Prior to their current positions, Ray served as an Educational Leadership Consultant at E & A Educational Consulting and was the Founder/CEO of E & A Programs. H. Ray has also held leadership roles at the Community College of Aurora, including Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Director of Instructional Intervention and Support. Ray's experience also includes serving as Co-Director for the Black Male Initiative Summit and BMIS Scholars Program at the University of Denver's Center for Multicultural Excellence and Assistant Principal of Student Affairs at Colorado High School Charter. Additionally, they were a Founding Business Partner and Program Coordinator at J'NED.
H. Ray Keith, MA completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Higher Education/Leadership and Organizational Change from the University of Denver in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Oklahoma City University.
