Lenore Rodicio

Lenore Rodicio is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in higher education administration and student success initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at The Aspen Institute College Excellence Program and as an Evaluation Partner for Transformation Initiatives funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Lenore Rodicio also works as a Leadership & Strategy Coach for Achieving the Dream and a Fellow at Complete College America. Prior to these roles, Lenore Rodicio held various leadership positions at Miami Dade College, including Executive Vice President and Provost, and has a strong academic background with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Barry University. Lenore Rodicio has contributed significantly to improving student achievement and completion in higher education.
