Molly O'Keefe

Molly O'Keefe, PhD, currently serves as a Coach at Achieving the Dream and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Eastern Virginia Medical School since April 2019. O'Keefe has held various leadership roles at Eastern Virginia Medical School, including Senior Associate Dean for Strategy and Decision Support, Director of Accreditation, and Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment. Prior experience includes positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as Assistant Dean for Strategic Analysis and Business Intelligence, and roles at EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research, Academic Analytics, Virginia Commonwealth University, Royall & Company, University of Richmond, College of William and Mary, and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership: Higher Education Administration from William & Mary, and both an M.S. and B.S. in Sociology from Illinois State University.
