Ellis Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2013, they co-founded North Star Coffee Roasters and served as the Head Barista and Coffee Trainer. Ellis then transitioned to the energy sector, joining CNG Ltd in 2016. At CNG Ltd, Ellis held various roles, including Renewable Energy Team Leader, Renewable Product Innovation Manager, and Head of Partners. In 2021, they became an Ambassador at The Institute of Directors, where they hosted The Sustainable Director podcast to promote action on climate change.
