Bas Lavalaye

Bas Lavalaye has extensive experience in finance and control, currently serving as Manager Finance at Achmea Investment Management since April 2013. Prior roles include Manager Control OPF and Business Controller Division Bank Distribution at Syntrus Achmea from March 2007 to April 2013, as well as positions in corporate control and internal auditing at Interpolis between October 1999 and March 2007. Bas began the professional career as an Assistant Accountant at Joanknecht en van Zelst from October 1995 to September 1999. Academic qualifications include a Register Controller (RC) degree in Controlling from TIAS School of Business, a Certified Public Accountant (RA) degree in Accountancy, and a Master's degree in Business Economics (Finance and Accounting), all obtained from Tilburg University.
