Erik R.

Erik R. has a diverse work experience in the IT and management fields. Erik began their career at Esri Nederland as a Business Consultant, specializing in European distribution structures. Erik then moved on to Pon, where they held multiple roles, including Manager of Customer Service and the Bedrijfsbureau and Project Manager for lean initiatives. Most recently, Erik worked at Achmea, where they held various senior-level IT positions, including Director of IT for non-life insurance and life insurance, Senior Manager of IT Change, and Manager of Architecture & Governance for the Divisie Pensioenen. Additionally, at Achmea, Erik served as the Manager of Document Logistics, overseeing a team of 110 employees responsible for document management, including scanning, archiving, repro, print, and mail operations.

Erik R. has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Breda University of Applied Sciences where they studied Logistiek en Supply Chain/Technische Vervoerskunde. Erik later attended APICS in 2002, focusing on CIRM (Designing Products and Processes) and CIRM (Identifying and Creating Demand). In 2002, they also completed the Pon Management Development program in Management 1. Erik continued their education in 2004 with Pon Management Development 2, specializing in Management 2. In 2007, they completed the Achmea Business Course at Nyenrode Business University. Erik then attended Computrain in 2008 for Prince2 Foundation, followed by Capgemini Consulting in 2009-2010, where they delved into Business Case Management. Erik pursued an MBA at Nyenrode Business University from 2009-2011, focusing on Bedrijfsprocessen & ICT. In 2012, they attended Achmea sens/lean for Lean/sens/change management. From 2013-2014, they completed the Change Management program at &samhout. In 2014, Erik obtained their Insurance - WFT Basis certification from NIBE-SVV. Erik continued their education in 2015 by earning a degree in Marketing, Law, and Ethics from Nyenrode Business University, and also completed an MBA in Cyber Security from the same institution. Finally, in 2023, Erik attended TIAS School for Business and Society for the Beginnend commissaris en toezichthouder programma.
