Omaya Faour

Omaya Faour holds extensive experience in the fields of social psychology, education, and career development. Currently serving as the Content Development and Employment Training Leader at aChord - Social Psychology for Social Change since September 2022, Omaya is also a Lecturer at Achva Academic College and actively involved in the Social Services Department of the Western Galilee Regional Council. Omaya provides career coaching and group facilitation at the private business צעד חדש and has been associated with Western Galilee College in roles focused on academic excellence and career advising since 2015. Previously, Omaya was an HR Manager at Babcom Centers L.T.D from 2009 to 2015. Omaya holds a Master of Arts in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2012 and 2014.
