Randy Paras

Randy Paras has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Randy started their career as a Professional Army Officer in the US Army from 1987 to 1992. Randy then transitioned to various small businesses, where they served as an Operations Manager from 1993 to 2005. From 2005 to 2013, Randy worked at LaunchPad Communications, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources. Since 2013, they have been with ACI International, initially serving as the Chief Representative and later as the Director of Social Compliance. In these roles, Randy was responsible for strategic planning, execution, and liaison activities in China, as well as ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and client requirements.

Randy Paras attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Computer Design. Following this, they pursued their legal education at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 1993 to 1996, acquiring a Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in Law.
