Corey Swain

Corey Swain is a Principal Product Manager at ACI Worldwide since January 2015, leading the ReD Shield, ReDi, and Titanium products through all stages of development. Responsibilities include collaborating with UXD teams to enhance user experience across platforms, guiding project execution with nine agile teams, and utilizing research to inform product strategies. Previously, Corey served as a Sr Product Manager (Agile Evangelizer) at ACI, focusing on the acquisition of ReD Worldwide and fostering Agile methodologies. In addition, Corey has been with Retail Decisions since September 2007, initially as a Risk Systems Analyst and currently as the ReD Shield Product Manager, managing the product life cycle and bi-weekly sprints in an agile environment. Corey's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Computer Programming and Web Design from Cittone Institute.
