Dusty Kugler

Dusty Kugler serves as the Head of Global Sales Operations at ACI Worldwide, overseeing a team of 50 focused on enhancing business processes, tools, and sales performance. Prior roles at ACI include Director of Commercial Planning and Global Sales, where Dusty managed global sales and revenue planning for the commercial organization across over 40 countries, and Director of FP&A, contributing to finance functions including segment P&L management and professional services. Dusty has also held financial roles at Fiserv, First Data Corporation, Oriental Trading Company, and Midwest Commercial Mortgage. Dusty holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is pursuing an M.B.A. at Bellevue University.
